The Sacred Healing Retreat is an intimate weekend experience in the beautiful Ribble Valley, thoughtfully created for women who are constantly giving to others, juggling responsibilities and feeling emotionally or physically drained.
This is your opportunity to step away from the noise, reconnect with yourself and experience deep rest in a calm, supportive and nurturing environment.
Set amongst peaceful countryside surroundings, you’ll stay in private shepherd’s huts complete with hot tubs beneath the stars, surrounded by nature and stillness. Throughout the weekend, you’ll experience a carefully balanced blend of relaxation, holistic therapies, meditation, nervous system support, gentle healing practices and meaningful connection with like-minded women.
Expect slow mornings, woodland walks, women’s circles, beautiful nourishing food prepared for you, evenings around the fire, guided relaxation sessions and time to simply breathe, reflect and rest.
Every guest will also receive a personal 30-minute treatment with Emma as part of the retreat experience.
This is not about rigid schedules or forcing transformation. It’s about creating space for your mind and body to soften, reset and heal naturally in a way that feels grounding, real and deeply restorative.

My Women’s Circles run from October through to March, during the slower, darker months when many women begin to feel emotionally drained, overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply exhausted from constantly giving to everyone else.
These evenings are designed to offer something many women rarely allow themselves anymore: time to slow down, breathe and reconnect with who they are beneath the pressures of everyday life.
Inspired by the comfort of women gathering together in years gone by, each circle creates a warm, welcoming and supportive space where there is no pressure to “have it all together.” No judgement, no expectations and no need to pretend everything is fine. Just real women coming together exactly as they are, sharing space, conversation, rest, laughter and support in a calm and grounding environment.
Every circle is different, but sessions may include guided meditation, nervous system support, grounding practices, journaling, essential oils, seasonal themes, intention setting, oracle cards, gentle ritual work, tea, treats and meaningful conversation. Some evenings feel uplifting and energising, others reflective and emotional, but each one is created to meet you exactly where you are at that moment.
You do not need to be spiritual, experienced or confident to attend.
Many women come alone for the first time and quickly realise they are not alone in how they feel. With candlelight, calming scents, soft music and a genuine sense of community, these evenings offer space to soften, exhale and feel supported again - something so many women don’t realise they’ve been craving until they experience it.
Most women leave saying the same thing: “I didn’t realise how much I needed that.”

My meditation classes are designed for real women living real lives
Women who are overwhelmed, emotionally drained, constantly busy or simply struggling to switch off.
This isn’t about sitting perfectly still or trying to “empty your mind.” It’s about creating space to slow down, breathe deeply and allow your mind and body to properly rest.
Every class is different because every woman arrives carrying something different. Sessions may include guided meditation, breathwork, nervous system regulation, visualisation, sound, aromatherapy, mantra work, mudras and gentle healing techniques, all carefully blended to create a calming, grounding and restorative experience.
Some evenings feel deeply peaceful, others emotional, reflective or uplifting, but each class is designed to meet you exactly where you are.
You do not need any experience to attend, and you certainly don’t need to be spiritual, flexible or “good at meditation.”
My approach is warm, welcoming and completely pressure-free. With soft lighting, calming scents, candles and genuine human connection, the classes create a safe space where women can finally stop holding everything together for a while and simply be.
Drawing on my background as both a therapist and former Nursing Associate, I naturally support both emotional and physical wellbeing within my sessions.
Over time, many women notice better sleep, reduced stress, improved emotional balance, greater clarity and a deeper sense of calm and connection within themselves.
Sometimes healing doesn’t need to be dramatic, sometimes it simply begins with feeling safe enough to pause, breathe and rest.
