Whether you're visiting for a treatment, workshop, baby massage or women's circle, here's everything you need to know before your first visit.

Emergise Therapies is located at:

There is parking available nearby within easy walking distance. Booths up to 2 hours. Civic centre all day. If you turn left after the Air Ambulance shop (on Berry Lane), there is also a large car park.
Accessibility
Please note that Emergise is located upstairs and access is via a staircase. Unfortunately, this means the studio is not pram or wheelchair-accessible.
If you have any concerns about accessing the building, please get in touch before your appointment, and I'll always do my best to help.
Parents & Babies
If you're attending Snuggle & Soothe, please be aware that you'll need to carry your baby upstairs. You're welcome to leave your pram downstairs if needed.
The classes are completely baby-led, so feeding, changing, cuddling, and soothing your baby are always encouraged. There's never any pressure to keep up with the group
